From the start of the planning process we ensure we understand the needs of the local community – the type of scheme that works within the community, maintaining high standards of health and safety and respect of our neighbours throughout the project life cycle.

ENVIRONMENT

Careful consideration is given to environmental issues from the very start of each project.  Building design focusses on careful selection of material that is in keeping with the local environment, imaginative landscaping with a commitment and responsibility to protecting and enhancing the local environment.  Archaeological testing and sensitivity through a project is foremost in our minds.

Project management includes regular monitoring of our environmental performance in terms of waste, energy management, environmental awareness and regulations with a continued focus for improvement.
